If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.
1. Service Delivery
Scope of Services
We offer Shopify-focused optimization services, including but not limited to site performance audits, SEO audits, and CRO audits. Reports include findings, recommendations, and (in some cases) applied fixes.
Delivery Method & Timeline
Services are digital and delivered within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. You’ll receive your reports via email or dashboard access.
Automation & Quality
We use a blend of automation and expert review to ensure fast and accurate results.
Transparent Reporting
We include before-and-after metrics and clearly document all findings and improvements.
Third-Party Tools
We may use tools like Google PageSpeed Insights or Shopify analytics. We’re not responsible for their uptime or external changes they may introduce.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund if applicable.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate store and contact information
- Respond promptly to requests and approvals
- Back up your site before any implementation (if applicable)
- Implement our recommendations (or allow us to)
- Use our deliverables internally only
- Ensure your store complies with all laws
- Protect any credentials you share with us
We cannot guarantee results if the client does not fulfill their part.
3. Payment Terms
Pricing & Process
All pricing is listed in USD and must be paid in full at checkout (unless stated otherwise in a custom proposal). Taxes may apply.
Methods
We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.
Invoicing
Invoices (when applicable) are payable by the due date listed.
Security
Payment data is encrypted. We do not store full credit card details.
No Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating any chargeback — we will resolve issues directly.
4. Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee
Our Promise
If you don’t see measurable improvements or value from our audit, you may request a refund within 30 days of service delivery.
What’s Covered
- No improvement in speed, SEO metrics, or conversion rates after implementing our suggestions
- Dissatisfaction with the clarity or quality of recommendations
What’s Not Covered
- You didn’t implement key recommendations
- Changes made after delivery (by you or third parties) interfered with results
- Issues outside our control (e.g., Shopify platform bugs or hosting problems)

5. Data Privacy
We collect and use your data (e.g., contact info, analytics) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Project access data (e.g., Shopify collaborator invite, if applicable)
Purpose

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as revenue loss or third-party errors.
Liability Cap
Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Implementation Risk
We are not responsible for technical issues caused by incorrect implementation or third-party changes after delivery.
